To cope with the loss of our last dog for whom Central Park was her spiritual playground, I started photographing dogs on the weekend with the goal of capturing a shot that showed other owners how happy their dogs are.
Before long I was being asked by owners if they could keep the images and it only felt fitting to see if creating happiness for the owner could create happiness for dogs as well.
This is how I discovered Muddy Paws Rescue.
